Plant Series 2: Masked Line Cavendish 9, 1/25, 25”x25” (unframed) limited edition fine art print. The 9th ‘masked’ picture in the series of pictures made from my plant sketch journal in the pandemic. ‘Masking’ in digital art allows you to exclude parts of an image and make changes to what can be seen. The sketch has been isolated by a mask, showing the pencil marks and paper very clearly, but in a ‘ragged’ way that makes it look damaged or in one repetition charred. The two outer images are given a treatment that makes them seem to glow.
